so i have gained a few pounds in the past few weeks. when my boyfriend is in town, its hard to go to the gym because he is no longer a student and can't get in. we enjoy hanging out and go get wine and ice cream at the store about once a week or every other week. he likes to cook for me, and he makes food he knows i like (like chocolate chip pancakes) because we rarely get to see each other, we like to indulge when we get to spend time together, so we aren't frugal about fat or calories or sugar. now i am regretting those bad food decisions.
i need some helpful hints. i have very little money and need to start eating healthier. pasta (normal and ramen) is so cheap but i know that it's not the best as far as nutrition goes. what can i buy that is versatile and cheap and good for me. i cant buy in bulk because we have very little room in our cabinets.
how do you curb your cravings?
also, i am hungry all the time and i can't figure out why. does anyone else have this problem and what do you do about it?
