I've just discovered that Comcast digital cable features a channel/network called FitTV that offers workout shows 24/7. I've fallen in love with a show called All Star Workouts which has a different fun routine/trainer every day. I try to exercise 2 hours a day, three times a week and walk at least 6-8 miles so that my metabolism stays up. Also, incline sit-ups are my new crack-cocaine. They make me ache in places I didn't know I could ache before.
